1. Agreement
By booking a service, purchasing a subscription, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Current Landscapers LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
2. Services
Current Landscapers LLC provides residential lawn care and landscaping services in the Aurora, Colorado area. Specific services included in each subscription tier are described on our website. We reserve the right to adjust service offerings with reasonable notice.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes are your responsibility where required by law.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after a cancellation is submitted. Service continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Weather and rescheduling
Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions including but not limited to heavy rain, lightning, snow, or unsafe conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.
6. Service area and access
You are responsible for ensuring we have reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled date. If we are unable to access the property through no fault of our own, the visit may be counted as completed for billing purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Current Landscapers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the current billing period.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
9. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
