Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has started.
• You will continue to receive service through the last day of your paid period.
• Annual subscribers who cancel within 7 days of their renewal date may contact us to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
To cancel your subscription, email us at info@currentlandscapers.com or log into your booking portal and cancel from there.
Consultation deposit refunds
A deposit is collected at the time of booking a landscaping consultation. The following refund policy applies:
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation: full refund, no questions asked.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: deposit is non-refundable.
• If we cancel or reschedule your consultation: full refund issued regardless of timing.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
No-show policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled consultation or are unavailable at the time of a scheduled service without prior notice, the appointment may be forfeited without refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@currentlandscapers.com with your booking confirmation and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
